for the future

We are committed to safeguarding the future of every child, particularly in their times of need. This is why we support initiatives and organizations dedicated to the protection of the most vulnerable. Among these is Mission Bambini, a nonprofit that has championed educational and health projects for over two decades.

At Original Marines, we are dedicated to nurturing relationships with our stakeholders—both internal and external—anchored in transparency, integrity, and trustworthiness. We source all our fabrics exclusively from suppliers certified under the OEKO-TEX 100 standard, a globally recognized benchmark for textile safety. Additionally, each garment we produce undergoes chemical and physical testing, carried out by TUV SUD.

For us at Original Marines it is a matter of pride to be Members of Better Cotton. With Strategy 2030, the direction is set with a ten-year plan to improve cotton production for farmers and the process of its use for all those who have an interest in a more sustainable future of the sector. We at Original Marines joined the program in 2022 and 2023, reaching 78% sourcing of Better Cotton. The goal is to achieve 100% of our cotton sourcing as Better Cotton by 2025. Better Cotton’s credits are in fact tracked thanks to a mass balance system and cannot be physically traced to the final products. Thanks to this credit method, therefore, Better Cotton Farmers benefit from the demand for Better Cotton in equivalent volumes to those we ‘source’.
